Alnwick Class is part of the Key Stage 3 department.

There are 11 Year 9 pupils in Alnwick Class who have a range of special educational needs including severe learning difficulties and autistic spectrum disorder.

The class are part of our Semi-Formal Pathway and are mainly taught by their form teacher but access some subject specialisms including P.E. and Create and Make.

The class is supported by an Enhanced Teaching Assistant, a role which is covered over the course of the week by 2 staff.
